About the Programme

The online learning resource programme, LearningKEYS, was initially created to provide academic enrichment for Barbadian youth, especially those from underserved communities. The aim of these sessions is to supplement classroom instruction by covering topics identified by our teaching colleagues as particularly difficult or requiring extra attention and utilising an Education for Sustainable Development framework.  KEYS is committed to providing  quality education that meets global literacy standards and fosters the comprehensive development youth need to reach their full potential.

The sessions are in group format - one instructor to several students  on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The programme is now available to Caribbean Primary School students, ages 6.5-11.
